An elder told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, ‘My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.


One is bad. It is hatred, hostility, anxiety, hopelessness, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.


The other is good. It is love, joy, peace, serenity, hope, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, acceptance, understanding, truth, humility, compassion and faith.


The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: ‘Which wolf wins?’    


The old elder simply replied, The one you feed.

Where your attention goes, your energy flows.


Feelings are vital messengers. It is important to be aware of all our feelings, whether good or bad; positive or negative, easy or difficult.  Through the practices of Think, Feel, Live (TFL) you will discover the power of your feelings and the important messages they are sending. 

Feelings are internal signals, such as stop light. For example, when we perceive danger, a “yellow light” signals caution - slow down. If we ignore this signal and continue; a “red light” flashes. These internals signals are wired to protect us from danger; they help us to survive. However, if we get chronically stuck in these feelings such as anger or fear, long after the situation or danger has passed, it can lead to    dis-ease and keep us from living our best healthy & happy life. Imagine, being stuck at red light for days, for years. How far would you get on your journey? What if the light was stuck on "green", when danger was present. This is what can happen when we numb ourselves from our feelings; we cannot hear the messages that are being sent.  Think, Feel, Live (TFL) provides a collection of different practices to help you feel your feelings and listen to the signals/messages in your body, mind and spirit. TFL also offers a variety of integrative tools to help you get un-stuck from the feelings or thoughts that are keeping you from living your best healthy & happy life. 

Whether the feelings are difficult such as anger, sadness and fear or positive such as joy, love and gratitude... 

each one has been sent as messenger.
